After exercising for 20 min, I sync it to my laptop and it shows active min.  When I go online it shows the active min under the Active min area.  But not more than 2 min later it disappears completely

What gives?

how come nobody from FitBit has an answer.  This has been going on for over 3 month 

Every time I exercise (makes no difference inside or outside) it immediately shows active minutes and when I go to activity to look at the activity my Active minutes go away?

Makes no sense.  When I initially log into my dashboard under the Active Minutes tab it shows Active Minutes. so it is tracking it some how but when I to to the Log Tab then  Activity Tab it disappears and if I go back to the dashboard it has disappeared from the Active Minutes tab.

I have done screen dumps on both the beginning and after  so I am NOT immigining it.
