Hey Fitbit people. My activity minutes are no longer logging. There doesn't seem much point in an activity tracker type watch thing if it doesn't log this basic function.
Others are saying that its an issue and buy a new one.
Can a moderator/adviser on here have a look and give us, the paying customer, some helpful advice?
To go with my cracked screen this week i'm gonna start looking elsewhere unless this new issue isn't going to get looked into.

Hey @jed53, I hope you are doin' fine! Is it your Charge 2 not tracking active minutes at all or is it just not tracking them accurately? Have you recently changed something on your exercise routine? If not, let me suggest you to perform a restart of your tracker, just follow the instructions in this post.
Now in regards of the cracked screen, have you contacted our Support team regarding this? If you haven't, I can go ahead and escalate your case with them. Please let me know!
