Activity Log distance N/A issue

I the fitbit.com Activity Log  Stats per day show including Steps etc.BUT Distance now shows as N/A   is a quick fix available ?

Distance shows if you track with Exercise App, but not if walk is auto-recognized.  I don't know of any way to change or get around this.

Hmm. That's new always converted steps to miles before whether or not you
used walk , run,exercise or none of them . I don't use them at all and
until recently my log showed distance along other stats not N/A

Hey I am also having same issue in my charge 2 ,, I start the run on my Fitbit and after completion when I try to share the result it doesn’t display the distance ,,

I am attaching 2 images in one it shows distance and in other it’s not showing.
