Activity Log steps on PC does NOT match the app

Today was the first day I looked at my activity log on my PC and I was shocked with out different it was from the logs on my phone. I would like to figure out how to fix it if at all possible. As you can see in the picture June 5th the two sync times are FAR below what is actually recorded for that say. Same for May 25th. I clean time shares and it is a great workout because you are constantly moving for up to 5 hours. as such I get a lot of steps in but on the computer it logged that as riding a bike and that the steps were N/A. That makes no sense to me since my app recorded my steps just fine. Also the days surrounding the two days in question are off by quite a lot. I have no idea why this is happening but I would love a way to fix this so the numbers match.

Thanks for stopping by @AuntyMo! This sounds odd. To better understand the issue please double check if you are using the same email account you used to sign in to Community forums.

Also, can you send me a screenshot of your dashboard for those days? Were your activities correctly detected by SmartTrack?

And, please double check that on your automatically detected activities are set on the lowest time available.

Both my wife and I are having this problem exactly.  We are getting anywhere from 10,000 to 16,000 steps per day on the tracker and they are uploading just fine to her iPad and my iPhone.  When we look at the online activity logs, however, numbers of steps are consistently less, often by a factor of 1/2.  The really annoying thing about this is that the data from the activity log is being used by the United Healthcare "Renew Rewards" program to pay us each time we get more than 7,500 steps per day.  We both get more than this most days, but the activity log shows this amount much less frequently than it really happens.  If anyone has a way to fix this problem, we would really love to hear about it.
