I did a run this morning showing as activity on watch but not syncing on dashboard - I have restarted app and pressed button while charging but still not recording is there an issue ?

@Lyndylew Welcome! It's great to see you around! 

 

Let me help you with your missing activity on your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Did you use the activity mode on your Charge 2? It is odd that the activity doesn't show on your app if you did. Have you synced your tracker with your phone? If the activity doesn't show then you may need to manually log it so you have a record on your account.
