Adding a Charge to my account

My Charge is not displaying any longer although it is counting steps, etc.  I purchased another one but cannot add it to my account as this particular Charge does not show as an option.  Please note that this is the Charge, not a Charge 2,3 or 4. I have been using the Charge forever and love it - but don't want to think I just wasted money buying a newer one from someone who never used it.  Thank you!

You cannot have 2 of the same model on your account, but you should at least see the Charge as an option to add, then be asked if this is a replacement.  I gather you are not even getting this, right?

What are you using for sync device;  if Android which version?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks but I use my desktop and Charge alone is not offered as an option.  Charge 2 is the first Charge option listed.
