Hello. I have an additional Fitbit Charge 2 for my daughter. How do I sync it with my app as I do with my own Fitbit?

Other than an Ace with a family account, you cannot have 2 users on one account.  If you want to use the same sync device, you need a separate email/account for your daughter; then keep logging in and out to change accounts in the app.

Note, if your daughter is under 13, you will not be able to create an account for her.

Thanks. She is under 13 and I have
Ace with her as a child. All I want to do is ensure that her Fitbit keeps time after running out of charge then being recharged. Can you help with that?

It will keep time unless it completely runs out of charge.  But even then, the first time it syncs, it takes the date and time from the sync device.

Another alternative is to find some time each day to charge, even a few minutes.  For some people it works to charge while taking a shower.  Just charging 10-15 minutes a day will keep its charge fairly steady.

Thanks. It completely ran out of charge 2 days ago and has remained at the same time ever since.

I expect that means it has not synced since. I forget the procedure to force a sync with the Ace.

Is it still logging steps, etc?
