Samsung 9 (Sprint) updated to G960USQU5CSF3 - Security patch level 6/1/19. After update I went to Google Play to update all my Apps (Fitbit Jul 8, 2019). Text Messages will no longer display. I see who the text is from but not the message it self. I did the suggested fixes for unpair, reboot 3 times, shut off phone, etc and the other one I saw for verifying on the phone itself that messages are set to show. I went as far as uninstalling the app. Delete folders for it on my device, clearing the cache and anything FB related. Rebooted to clear any locked files. It there something I am missing? Thx.

Got an update but didn't fix the issue but did get a new problem on top of the old one. Old notification from 2018 are now showing up and I cannot delete them.

Same here it's so annoying I hope Fitbit can fix this it's like out with the old even though it's not really spent several nights looking up trying everything to fix myself too such a bummer 😭

I'm having the same problem. Now mine is won't sync at all. Only had this problem recently possibly since I updated app.
