Hi all,

 

Intermittently my Charge 3 will not wake me up, and i’m pretty sure it’s because it’s not going off, or i’m turning it off while sleeping! Can anyone help?

It's weird to hear that your alarm is turning itself off. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Mine has switched the alarm off itself twice now. Luckily I still woke up in time. Not very impressed! 😞
