Alarmed me without setting silent alarm

Dear Fitbit Community,

 

Today was my second morning when my Fitbit decided to wake me up at 6.40am, though I didn’t set my alarm. During weekend it is pretty upsetting.

 

I checked my Silent Alarm settings in the Fitbit app and for my biggest surprise, there were 3 additionsl 6.40am settings apart from my original one.

 

How is it possible to duplicate itself and set itself? I just deleted all the additional ones, but how can I be sure that it doesn’t happen again?

A warm welcome to the Community @Zsofi. Thanks for stopping by and mentioned what happened to your Charge 2 alarms. 

 

It's pretty weird that your alarms duplicated even though you just set one. I would like you to make sure that when you delete them, you sync your Charge 2; this will confirm that your tracker is updating the settings that you have changed in your Dashboard.
