my fitbut3 was flashing a circle  then said alignment  1 day never seen b4 what does this mean..what will happen?

That sounds like a message from the Relaxation app.  Maybe you accidentally got into that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
