Hi all,
My wife and I have the same phone and both have Charge 3. I checked we both have the same version of the app; however, mine has "all-day sync" and hers does not.
To be clear, this appears to mess with tracking; we did a 36km ride; hers registeted around 2km and shows 'jaggies' when zooming into the map. Mine worked perfectly.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
Help please. As it stands she has completely wasted her money.

She's going to return it. Additionally, I expect my.next such product will be a Garmin.
