Charge 3 display corrupted

I see that this is a recurring theme. My screen started with a few lines and is now to the point that I can’t even read it 99% of the time (I’m also pretty sure it’s backwards). I’ve followed all steps I’ve seen posted including the long reset and changing the clock face. Help!
