When I try to turn in all day sync it tells me I need to pair my tracker wven though it's already paired and when I click set up it just say looking and loses connection with tracker. I then have to force close app and turn off all day sync before it phone can connect with the tracker.

Sorry, I misunderstood your original post. The tip I gave (pinched from Mesirm) does seem to work most times in ,making all day synch work but if you are asking about notifications then I have that issue as well as you. My Charge 2 used to send me notifications but stopped and rebooting, deleting and reinstalling have all failed. The settings tells me that notifications are enabled but when I check on the watch itself it says 'notifications off' - if I find a solution I'll let you know.

If it is notifications try this - tap the watch to get the clock face (doesn't matter which clock you use) then press and hold the button and notifications should pop up and reset itself to on - hope that helps.

Thank you so much for posting how you got your Fitbit to all-day sync. I noticed tht you MUST click on Notifications rather than turning on the all-day sync. That was the only way i could get mine to work! I followed all your steps, but when I opened Fitbit again, I tried to turn on all-day sync first and it didn’t work. When I clicked on notifications instead, that worked! 🎉🎉🎉

Glad it worked for you, mine still sometimes drops off if I let the battery get too low and then I'm back using the 'fix'. It's really surprising that Fitbit haven't issued a software update to fix this permanently.

These companies don't care. Once you buy their products, they go ghost.
