Fitbit App on Android wants to upgrade the database and it times out. My options are to send feedback or Open app again. In a rinse and repeat pattern. Can't get past the upgrade. Help!

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not working as it should. If you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist please uninstall the app, restart your phone and reinstall it.

Why does every tech "support" agent always fall back on: power off, restart; uninstall, reinstall ..? Just program the updates so that they work; duh! Do the job you were paid for: program... correctly. 😡
