Changing e-mail adress

I tried to update the Fitbit App from Apple today.

When downloaded I get the message: "Email Verification Required"

The mail adress on my account is wrong (I have registered one digit to much), so I did not receive any messages on e-mail.

AND - I have forgotten the password to my Fitbit account.

Then I can't change the password - it will be sent to a non-existing adress.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you for sharing your experience. Since you don't have the password nor the email address used actually exists you will need to either create that email address (not sure if it is available) or create a new account with the correct email address.
