My device's actual data is not getting synced into the app although app is syncing. What's the issue and solution?

I'm having same problem, just realised last time it synced was Sunday.

Same problem, charge 2 refuse to sync since 04/24
I've tried with no result to :
- restart bluetooth
- unpair/pair charge2 device from app
- reboot charge
- re-install Fitbit app
