As of an hour or so ago, my Fitbit charge 2 screen is black. It was fully charged this morning, and the screen has been working all day up until this point. However, it is definitely still on because the lights are on underneath. I have tried plugging it in and holding down the button for 10 to 12 seconds. It does vibrate, but nothing comes up on the screen. It is still tracking my steps though. I have also cleaned it thoroughly with a toothbrush. Is there anything else that can be done?

That keeps happening to me. I can't figure out how to turn it back on. I even tried to restart it and it is still black. It's making me so angry 😠!
