App problem????

Try to get into Fitbit app on iPhone 13, won’t load…. Is there a problem with app? Trying to sync my workouts!!

Hello @PumpsWater 

Try logging out if the Fitbit app, restart your phone the log back in again as you normally would. If the problem persist make sure your using the latest Fitbit App updated Version

@PumpsWater  Can you just force shut the app by swiping it upward (iOS) or if on Android tap the three lines in bottom left then tap close all….then restart phone the see if the Fitbit app opens as normal. If the problem persist just uninstall the Fitbit App then reinstall.

Have done the force close, deleted and downloaded app still crashes instantly… I synced my workout and then it started…
