App won’t recognise fitbit today. Yesterday the app wouldn’t open.  Fitbit itself still works so why doesn’t the app?

Are you on iOS? If so, the app not opening issue that was introduced with version 3.6 of the app was fixed with the release of version 3.6.1 yesterday so it's worth making sure your app is up to date.

 

Syncing / connection problems do seem to happen from time to time, often for no apparent reason. The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
