App won’t open

Hello,

My app won’t open. When I click on it, the screen turns white and then it just takes me back to my phone screen. 

I’ve shut my phone off and turned off the Bluetooth, but nothing changes. I’ve also updated the app about a month ago. I have an iPhone 6s Plus.

Strangely, there has recently been an issue with the app crashing at start but this was only introduced with app version 3.6 a little while back so it sounds like your app is older than that. Do you know what version you have? If you are on version 3.6 then try upgrading to version 3.6.1 which fitbit expect to fix the problem introduced with 3.6

If you are running an older version than 3.6 it might be a good time to get up to date. Hopefully the issue will go away.

I can’t bring up my charge 2 app to open on my IPhone 7.  When I go into it from my screen it just flickers back to the screen.

@Koeller are you on the latest version of the fitbit app? This problem was introduced with version 3.6 but fixed with the latest version which is 3.6.1
