My rewards program requires info on my average heart rate during exercise programmes. The individual exercises is not pulling through on the fitbit dashboard on the website  or on the mobile app. Not sure where or how to find the info Can anyone assist plse. Rob Burger

@RobertBurger Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your heart rate data. How did you record these activities? Is your rewards program app linked to the Fitbit app or it doesn't have this option (you will need to consult them if you don't know)? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Has this happened before? Your exercises should show on the account after you have synced your tracker. Make sure you use the exercise mode on it so it does record your activity. You can also export your data following these instructions.
