In the exercise menus I used to get that information at the end of my work out average and max H/R after I would push and hold time start button at the end of the session that function has gone away? What is up with that?

While online with Fitbit chat, I restarted several times, rebooted, deleted app and reinstalled with no success. Chat said to expect update to correct. We had an update today. I just completed a run and still not working. Hope Fitbit is aware of problem

Still no fix on this from Fitbit. It has been 90 days. I have contacted FitBit directly on at least 5 occasions and sent them screen shots from my app showing that the Avg heart beats per minute and the heart rate graph doesn’t appear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted etc. They either think gps doesn’t work (it DOES) or tell me they are working on it. The recent update didn’t fix it. The heart rate and avg bpm is so important to me. Is it possible Fitbit is no longer supporting older devices?
