First I'll ask what type of phone, tablet, computer?

Do you normally sync through all three? Are you aware that the tracker can only sync through one at a time? If all three are nearby, please turn the Bluetooth off on the two not being used.

You mention restarting devices, have you restarted the Charge 2

Removing the Charge 2 from the phones Bluetooth settings, not your account?

Take a look at the help guide.

You're going to think this sounds crazy, but it works.....

Do you by chance have the app on more than one device? I have the app both on my phone (android) and my Amazon Fire tablet. If I'm having sync issues, I set the fitbit down with both devices, and then have them both sync with it simultaneously. I'm not sure how/why it works, but it seems to "wake the device up" and it syncs every time. I end up with no more issues after that.

This is my 3rd Charge 2 in 4 months and a week. It can be so very aggravating when the blooming devices won't sync, then you delete them from every device, reinstall them on your devices, and plug them in. When that doesn't work, I have to get a new one. But I tried this today after not syncing again... I plugged it into my laptop (no sync), held the on button in until the logo appeared 3 times in a row. Then I checked on my iPhone and behold - it synced. This is one of the glitches that I constantly fight with. I know that "they" know about this issue but perhaps they are moving more attention to the top tier products instead of these more affordable ones? I don't know. Hope you find the answer.

Did you delete the Charge 2 from all of your devices? Sometimes it takes that. Go to each of your devices where the app is installed (phone, tablet, laptop) and click to the Dashboard then the page where you see the settings (clock face, notifications, etc). If you go to the BOTTOM of that page, in faint and I do mean FAINT blue color, you will see a link to "delete this device." Click it. Make sure your device is not connected if it's a laptop. You MUST delete the Fitbit from everything you have it paired to (phone, laptop, tablet). Next, start over like when you first received it. Go to the Fitbit app or page, log in (you'll still have your account) and look for "Add Device." Go thru the steps of adding it like it was brand new, pairing it, (look at the face of your watch and see the 4 numbers), put the numbers into the space on your phone (etc) and it will pair. Plug the Fitbit in and hold the side button in until the logo appears and it will begin to sync again. If not, and you've had it less than a year, they'll send you another if you return the current one. Either way, you'll need to start over with adding the device to your account. Whew. I know. It's very discouraging.

Log-out all your username/email to your devices.

Log-in using your original device. (The device where you 1st use your fitbit).

This should work.
