Band connector on device is broken

Made contact with customer support,  relayed my issue and ask if  still under warranty and how it can be addressed. Well he skipped over my questions asked for my country of residence, and said they would send me a note when the issue is reviewed.. i am Floored

 Searched the community post and i see where this issue seems to be common occurrance with Charge 4. . Has anyone in the community received successful resolution to this issue  clearly this is a manafacturing defect.

UPDATE: fitbit Customer care WIll provide me a replacement . While i wait to receive it, i will use one that my daughter no longer uses. I am happy it has been addressed.

How did you contact customer care to resolve. Mine broke too.

Hi, go into the fitbit app, click on your pic then select Help & Support, then select Contact Customer Support.
