Band too wide

My wife likes the size of the face and the Charge 2 but finds the band to be too wide/masculine.  I've searched but cannot find a more narrow band for the Charge 2.  Does anyone know of an after market band for the Charge 2 which is significantly more narrow than the regular band?

Welcome to the forums!

I do not know of any but Amazon carries a lot of different type bands. I would search there. Some list the length and some do not. But you can always ask the seller

@mauser416 It's nice to have you on board! Fitbit does sell some wristbands that you wife may like but they are all the same width. @WendyB does have a great point, Amazon has many options and a quick search did show some slimmer wristband with designs many ladies will like. I do suggest you read reviews before purchasing these third party bands as some do have issues when you want to remove them (not all bands so just check the one you want doesn't have this issue).

Let me know how it goes!

I'm having the same problem. I recent bought my charge 2 and I have 10 days to return it. The band isn't comfortable. It's rubbing my skin a lot and it feels very bulky on my small wrist. I did get a size small band, the size isn't the problem, just the width. Did you find anything that wasn't as wide? I've been looking on Amazon, but there's not a significant difference in width. I'm considering returning this and getting an Alta instead. However, I don't want to lose some of the features in the Charge 2.

I don't think there's anything you can do about the width. The band has to be the same width as the tracker. You can find different patterns and styles ( I bought an open link one and a mesh type one) but the width is going to be the same.

That's what I was thinking too. I have some time to decide. Thank you for the info. Were the bands you bought more comfortable? I'm constantly messing with the band. I finally took it off for a while this evening.

They're pretty comfortable. The only minor problem is that they are heavier than the silicon bands and sometimes fall down to my wrist so I have to push them back up.

I ordered two replacement bands from Amazon last night. I'm hoping that I like them or at least one of them.

I have found several bands on Amazon that taper towards the buckle, and aren't so wide.  Here's one example:  https://smile.amazon.com/Dizywiee-Replacement-Classic-Wristbands-Connectors/dp/B074ZKFWDP/ref=pd_sim...
