My husband and I have never changed the band on our Fitbit, but it keeps popping off randomly, even when we are sleeping. Is this a manufacturing defect or is there an easy fix for it!

Seems odd that the wristband of your Charge 2 and your husband's device are unlatching out of nowhere, this is certainly not a common situation nor the way this model was designed.
