Battery Draining Faster

A few days ago I noticed my Fitbit started draining within a few hours, I’ve tried reseting it and everything else I’ve looked up. It’s still draining fast and I’m not sure what else to do.

Same thing started happening to me about a week and a half ago. It does in 2-3 hour’s and got lines going thru the text in the screen. I

spent 15 minutes with customer support and that was a waste. He said it  might be all the notifications I have on. BS. I’ve noticed a lot of people are having issues recently.  I’ll look for another brand if this doesn’t get fixed.

I thankfully don’t have lines going through my text, but my battery drains in less than a day.

I also was unable to get through to live chat and ended up messaging them on twitter and finally got someone to have a conversation over email with me. They told me to turn off all of the “unneeded” battery wasters, and so I did, and then fully charge it and record how long it lasts.

I fully charged it at 3:32pm, and it is now at 45% and it’s 7:17pm. So I guess when it dies I’ll let them know and see what all that does for me.

Hopefully things get sorted out!

I am facing a similar issue the battery does not last even 30 minutes now.

When I put the fitbit charge2 device for charging it charges in say 10 minutes complete.

They told me to turn off all my stuff too and to reach out with my case # If it continues to lose battery quickly. I haven’t taken it off charge yet so it’s working when I go for my walk later. Good luck to you as well.
