I do have a problem, my fitbit will not charge. It says it is full, then counts a few steps, then goes to a black screen again. I bought it in 2016. The odd thing is I bought my husband one for xmas 2016 and he has only used it for around 18 months in total and his battery has died too. Both within days of each other. How can that be? Not impressed at all. I'm having to use mapmywalk to track steps on the days I walk now.
Yes - I have cleaned them. Yes, I have charged them using my laptop.
