Charge 3 is not holding a charge which is ironic. Woke up this morning it was completely dead. Charged to 100% and it was dead again by lunch. Charged to 100% again and it will be dead by morning again. Never had this issue before. Worked fine till today.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

I have tried cleaning it. I also let it completely die and recharge fully twice now. This morning it went to a black screen with 1 line across it. I did a reboot on it. It then came back up to it's normal screen although the time was incorrect. I followed the steps to correct them time but we are still having issues with the battery not lasting a full day.
