Yesterday I couldn't get anything to display on my charge 2. I put it on the charger and it was ok...I thought.
Then this morning it was dead again. I took it off the charger at 10:37am, when it said it was fully charged. Then at 10:56 it was dead again. I've tried resetting it twice...doesn't help. What now?

Thanks for restarting your device prior posting. For this specific situation I recommend you to clean the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (please try on different ports) or use a UL-Certified USB wall adapter. Then, please restart your device again and check how the battery of your Charge 2 behaves. You can also check additional suggestions here.
