My charge 2 battery ran empty a few weeks ago (3rd Dec). Placed it on charge for several hours and initially the screen lit up and showed a full battery but date of 4th Dec. Then it went blank. Now the screen won't display at all. The device won't sync to my phone as it claims the battery is empty but the green lights are flashing. Despite many, many, many attempts I cannot restart the device either. Have tried different cables and using a computer and plug. Any advice welcome. Have only had the device for a year as it was a gift last Christmas.
