My app on my phone wasn't signed in so I synced after signing in. However I know notice it showing zero steps in the first week of Dec. Then there is data for the next week, with two days in there with no data showing again. How can I get that missing data to fill in? Thanks

@jmfriman20 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your data is missing from your account. This will depend on your tracker saving this data, the battery level it had (of course if it was discharged then no data would have been saved). Try syncing your tracker a couple of times but if no data is shown then you could manually log a walk or run activity for the missing days (for example if you know you always reach your steps goal you can do this so there is a record on your account).
