Battery is fully charged but on my dashboard it says empty.
Restarted but it will not sync

I'm glad to see you around my friend @Charge2user1234! I'm pretty sure you're seeing the empty battery since your tracker isn't syncing yet, so it couldn't update the battery level appropriately.
Which platform are you using to sync? I'd recommend following the steps provided in this link in order to solve the syncing issue.
