I have exactly the same problem mine is a year old. In fact My husband and I bought ours at the same time. Mine a month ago just went blank and then stopped working so I started using his ( he hadn’t used his since a couple of months after we bought them) what’s frustrating is that by midday, after charging overnight it’s dying. It was dead by 3;45pm. I am having to charge it daily and it can’t last. It’s ridiculous this will be my 3 Fitbit in the last 4 years. They have no longevity.
