I had my first Charge 3 replaced in July, 2019.  I purchased it in February, 2019.  After swimming that one appeared to have condensation in the area where it charged.  It was replaced in July, 2019.  Three weeks ago my Chsrhe 3 stopped holding charge.  I utilized all troubleshooting options.  Battery lasts maybe 7 hrs.

Same issue, just started. Fully charged it to 100% and within an hour battery shows 12%. I have never had this type of issue before. Any suggestions?

I actually sent a message to support.  If I get any feedback I will direct you as to what I have been told to do.  So frustrated.  I live my Charge 3. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S9+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
