Received my replacement yesterday. Charged to 100%. Watch TV for 2 hours and then went to bed for 6 hours. Woke up at 3:30 a.m. and my battery was at 6%. I turned off all GPS charge it back to 100%. Put it on for 45 minutes asleep woke up to it at 84%. Anyone know anything to fix this? Customer service does not

My Charge 4 has started dying very quickly over the last few days too. I just had a chat and let them know that I saw others in the forum experiencing the same issue so it might not just be an individual device issue, however, they are going to look at my warranty information - so I'm sure i'll be having the same experience as you.

i didn't even have this Charge 4 for 12 hours and it started to happen. This is my 4th replacement since NOvember.They are sending me a new one, but i waited 6 weeks for this replacement, trying to avoid having another issue since my year warranty is up in May.

I've had mine over a year without any issues and the battery issue has just started in the last few days.
