Hello,
I see in other posts That if we don’t find the exercise that we want that we should put “workout” as a shortcut.
Is this the best choice for jumping rope or is there another type that could better approximate it?
I am not sure how it would accurately calculate a calorie goal for jumping rope, actually.

I would use workout, calories look at the heart rate.
