Hi all,
My charge 3 no longer has a working screen. Ive tried the restart trick several times but it isn't working. I have battery charge and the device vibrates on touch so I know that it works. The screen however is black and no changes show with the restarts. Is there any solution or will I have to get a new device-sucks since I got this in the summer?

I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.
