Black Screen...will not reset

My charge 3 went black during my run today and will not reset using the charger and will not sync to my iphone.  The green light is flashing on the back but it doesn't vibrate when it is connected to the charger.  Any advice or is it time for new one?

Same thing here. It started yesterday. Black screen, charging fine, and syncing to the app. I have tried resetting it several times. No luck.

Good news for me. Left it off all day yesterday, put it back on charge for an hour this morning. Clock face came on, although wrong time. Managed to sync to iPad now everything working OK again. Looking at my data it stopped working at around 4am yesterday whilst I was asleep. It was not a flat battery as I know I had over 50% on Tuesday this week. All day yesterday it was completely dead, although had it on charge a few times. Wasn’t the cable either.

I called CS today and they tried to trouble and reset, no luck.  Mine is less than a year old and they said i am able to replace at no cost.  A good outcome and they really tried to fix.  My advice is to give them a call.

Good morning,
Thanks for getting in touch.
I put another post up yesterday to say mine had started working again.
I’ll give you the full story of my problem.
Wednesday morning black screen. Pressed the side, constant vibration whilst pressed.
Checked iPad sync, not connected via Bluetooth, unable to find device.
iPad showed over 50% charge when last synced on Tuesday.
Tried all the fixes from the forum, reboot, clock face change via iPad, all whilst on charge. Nothing happened except when connecting the charge cable to the power there was the slightest vibration, nothing else. Still black screen.
Had it on charge several times during Wednesday, nothing. So gave up, didn’t wear it.
First thing Thursday morning thought I’d try one last time, so put it on charge for one hour. Only reaction was the slight vibration.
However took it off charge, pressed the side and I could see the clock, although wrong.
It now would connect via Bluetooth to iPad. Eventually synced and showed it stopped working at 4am on Wednesday.
Has worked normally ever since.
Since I’ve had this Charge 3 for about 16 months it has frequently refused to sync.
Usually I have to reboot it or remove the app and start again. It seems to play up more if you don’t sync it for a couple of days.
Good luck, enjoy your Friday.
