I noticed the night before that my fitbit charge 3 screen had a vertical line on the screen before charging. This morning the screen won’t turn on. I have tried to restart it and have tried to hold the button down for 15 seconds and change the watch face and still have a black screen. Any ideas as to how to fix or if probably the screen has gone out?

I have a fitbit charge 2 and a charge 3 that somebody gave to me. But then as you know the charge 3 screen went black. The charge 2 I have still continues to work thankfully, even though I have had it for 3 years now. I'm going to do lots of researching and fittling around with it and see if I can fix the problem. I'll let you guys know If I figured something out.👍

Yeah I agree, it wouldn't be too helpful when you can't see anything. I was fiddling around with my charge 3 last night, but Ima mess around with it and try all of the suggestions I can find to fix the charge 3 this weekend. The smile face they say supposed to show up, but still nothin...

It would be very generous of them if they at least lowered the price on one of the newer and better working products to make up for all of the mistakes and the bad quality of the charge 3, because I know most people feel like Fitbit ripped them off and took advantage of their money. I know I do.

Unfortunately, some people just care for the $
