My Charge 3 has had increasing numbers of black lines across the screen over the past two weeks. So much so that it makes it difficult to read notifications and other things on the screen. I tried rebooting it through the app but that didn't seem to help. Along with the black lines, I have noticed that my Fitbit has not been recording any data about my activity except for my steps. My sleep data has been completely gone since last Thursday, September 17th, I don't get notifications to move at ten till the hour, and it's not even really reading my heart rate anymore. This is concerning because I love Fitbit's tracking abilities but I don't want this to happen again if I get a new model.

My Fitbit is doing exactly the same black lines across the screen no matter I e updated & rebooted nothing clears them
fitbit really needs to reply to these comments and assist in helping with this issue
