My screen is getting black lines across it and I can no longer read the time or date. It’s also starting to go through the rest of the screen. 😞

Seems odd that your device is showing some black lines on the screen. If you haven't already done so, can you please restart your Charge 2 following the steps from our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes? I'll be here waiting for your reply.

I too am having this issue. I looked on the help and user communities and performed the recommended troubleshooting by restarting and no such luck. Can you assist me?
