I have Windows 7 on a pc.   I haven't synced my information for 2 years.  Now, when I log in,   I am taken to the dashboard each time and given no opportunity to sync.   Any suggestions?

Let me help you sync your Charge 2. On Windows 7 the sync is done via the Fitbit Connect software. Please check these instructions to see how the process is done.
