I have always had problems with getting a black screen but holding the button to reset has always fixed it. This time however nothing works, I’ve tried resetting it and also changing the clock face but still a black screen. Any suggestions?

I have had the same issue. Short reset has worked previously but this time no joy. Have tried long reset as well but that hasn’t worked either.

Looks like it’ll have to go in the bin then! With so many people having the same problem and no fix I don’t think I’ll be buying Fitbit again, I’ll look at other makes.

Me too reset not worked got told to try re out via app but cant find where or how

Mine is black screen too. Nothing has worked
