Help! My Charge 3 screen is completely blank. The Fitbit is still working as it's counting my steps and buzzing when I get messages.
I've tried the re-starts and changing the clock face, but nothing. It has been quite faint the last few weeks too, I haven't been able to see the screen if I am outside.
Any ideas?

had funny gray lines yesterday, tried resetting by holding on the left side button...no go....this a.m, nothing, black screen....so got
on the web site and went to the community section, looks like a lot of problems with the black screen and still syncing with phone.
so I figured i'd hook it up to the computer like i was going to charge it (fully charged anyway) and decided to press the side again for 10 -15 seconds, the connector was still attached to fitbit, so you have to go in between the charge unit. I got a straight line on the fitbit like you get with the updates, then the smiley face, then blank screen. Unhooked it from the unit and pressed the side button to check to see if it worked, it did...Im now back to normal on the fitbit...whether it'll last, Im hoping it will. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
Best AnswerMine started the dreaded black-out two days ago. Did the suggested reboot and it worked for a few hours. I updated it to the new version after that, but that didn’t help either. Today, not even the side button works. Dead Fitbit. Got it in June 2019. I hate that they don’t last long after a year.
Best AnswerSame thing happened to my Fitbit. I haven’t even had it two years and the screen is unreadable now. So frustrated. Tried to restart it but I can’t even see the screen so no idea if it shut down. It still tracks but is useless as a watch or to check for quick updates. Very disappointed.
