Blank screen for Charge 3

blank screen on my charge 3. Can’t even check the time. Please advise what to do.

Exactly the same. Have tried the reset (charging it and holding side button for 15 seconds) and it vibrates away but doesn’t come back on after disconnecting and reconnecting. Tbh I feel like throwing the **ahem** thing away. It’s already been replaced once (within months of getting it) and since July the time has been illegible due to massive lines running through it which, despite following the advice given, hasn’t done a thing. So it’s no longer a watch. It’s useless  for that. Two mornings ago it woke me up at 0430 by vibrating away on my arm like an alarm was going off yet it’d been blank for a week so hadn’t been able to set any, and which I couldn’t switch off.

Sorry to hear about your Charge 3 screen not working. @KateLL19 thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assists you via email.

 

@Car3 you don't mention any troubleshoots so I suggest you restart your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.
