I have a blank screen on my fitbit charge 3. It still tracks my sleep and activity on my app, but the screen is blank. I have restarted, per the manual, and I have updated firmware per the app. This has been going on for a couple of years.
I can find many posts with this same problem, but no solution to this problem.
Has there been a solution to this problem posted? Could you share it with us?

I’m having exactly the same issues, tried everything that is on the help forum but still nothing yet the Fitbit is working away fine in the background on the app.
