  • This is my 3rd charge that has been sent to me by fitbit. The screen goes blank, it wont sync, i get blurry lines, the green light wont come on
  • This is the worst product i have ever owned
  • Have tried every solution listed, re setting clock face, rebooting for 8/15 seconds on charge multiple times

This is my second Charge 3 and no matter what I do in terms of holding the button to reboot, 8 seconds,15 seconds, 20 seconds, the screen will not come back on. Has been blank since 8am this morning.

Just an update. I was sent the charge 3 for the 4th time. No shock, it wouldnt even turn on.
