I was having trouble with syncing for a while - it would only sync if I wasn't wearing it!
Now I have a blank screen, and even when I put it in the cradle and press the side button all I get is a prolonged vibration followed by several short ones, then nothing, and nothing on the screen.
I've tried a 'deep start' but just get the same. Nothing at all on the screen at any point. The app says 'No Device Found'.
I tried all the usual tricks - switching bluetooth on and off, restarting phone etc.
Tried choosing another clockface, but since the app can't find the tracker that didn't work.

No replies yet, so this is an update.
The tracker went completely dead, no screen display, no vibration even when in the cradle.
A day later the screen lit up again spontaneously and even synced a couple of times! Then suddenly lost all charge and become lifeless again.
It wouldn't charge in the cradle, or respond to the side button.
A second attempt the next day and it did charge! But it has not synced since: 'No device found'.
I have restarted app and phone several times, unpaired and re-paired the tracker a couple of times earlier (when the phone and tracker were still talking to each other). No joy.
This is a replacement tracker for one that went belly up after three months. So far I am not impressed.
